I'm honestly blown away by the fact that to this point all of the reviews posted are 5 star. I have to wonder if the people who have reviewed this previously are aware of what a ketogenic diet entails. This book jumps quickly into the meal plan without any details regarding a keto diet. A ketogenic diet is a high fat, low carb diet where most of the carbs come from non-starchy vegetables. The 2nd recipe in this book uses wheat bread, an absolute NO on this plan. As the book continues, there are recipes using carrots and another recommending an apple as a side. These are also off plan. The recipes that are on plan are fairly plain, I can figure out scrambled eggs on my own. I just can't recommend this book. There are many other resources available.Product details
