Have been a long time not involving in any mission things. One day on msn, LC ask me can I do décor for the upcoming Mission night? Wow! I can serve, FINALLY got thing to do. Hmm… Excited but there is fear too. All along my experiences are on small scale. Eg, décor for CG room, make card and gift. Never done Big scale idea before. I never said Yes immediate because I have to check with some ppl if they want to do this together with me a not. So I went home think abt how can I make nexus into a place that can FEEL like in Mission Night(the theme I was given). Hmm… make it feel like Africa because our District supports this country.The ans is NO, it will not be very impactful. Because not everyone got the compassion of this country. So I ask God How to make the place that suitable for everyone the mission feeling. Just then a word came into my mind. “Airport” WOW! That is COOL. I like that idea. So next question how to do it? My idea is make a 3D design plane out and hang on top of the door. Actually is impossible to do it in 4 days. Hee… So I called Joe to help. She modified my idea and I invited Shuting and Hebe to do the Project together. So a team of 4 work very very hard to come out this MASTERPIECE.
Joe design it into 3 section. The front we will have Sign board for Hope Airline. Walk in the pathway will have plane windows and the stage will be airplane running track.
What A GOOD GOOD idea.

Afterthe idae was finalise we quickly buy the material for the window and collect cans from all over the median foodcourt. The whole cg was involved to go different table to take the cans. I also ask other cg ppl to drink can drink and pass to me. Thank for JingQi and Xueling who purpose drink for me and my Idol who brought his empty can and pass it to me. Thank for the contribution. Without all of u, i cant collect so many can alone in one day. Xie Xie Le.

I choose Bright Yellow for it. NICE?

I went to intnet to find a good logo for the airline. Logo is important because the logo tell something about the company. So Hope airline logo must tell a message too. The logo represnt hopeline sending out pple all over the world to plant churches. Shortlisted 2 of the picture. One is the Gobal another is the map both got a cross on it that why i chose them. Actually i like the map one more. But After asking few ppl to choose which is better, the gobal won. So gobal is chosen to be THE LOGO.
She is one of them who chose gobal and help me cut a H out @ her free time.

Actually i dun know how much it cost until i was told. I wanted to pay for it but i know i cant afford it. Hmm... i make so big mistake but no one scolded me a single word. I know this is grace. Thank the church and the leaders that are so forgiving toword me.

On Friday , my officer decide to play a betting game with me again. As you all know I am doing Margin Call. If I never receive money from clients I will call up my dealer to sell their shares away. There was a client who EPS less $600 to settle the call. The client call me personally to explain why. Soft- hearted yanyan give him a solution was do another time of EPS and fax in the receipt to me. So I wont force sell and I wont break the MAS rule by not selling. This is a seldom case because the client is sincere one. So I told my officer abt this. He said that he won’t fax in to me. With faith I believe he will. So He asked me do I dare to bet? I took the bet. Loser need to buy a cup of bubble tea.
He wrote down the bet on the paper.After few hours the market closed. I still haven recieved the fax yet. Am i neverous? Not at all. I really have faith with this client. Indeed my officer is right, the client never fax to me. But But But he came all the way down to my office and pass me the thing. HEE......
I won the BET.
My officer was wrong. He is too shame and he cover up himself. Keke....
So time to pay the bet. He asked me want to take cash or a cup of bubble tea. WOW!Of course want cash la.
He gave me $1.50 to buy bubble tea to drink. I was happy happy and very happy for this blessing...... Later on i found out from my collegues that she is going to breadtalk to buy panda bread .
This bread cost $2..It is a donation for the china ppl who are affected by the earth quake. Hmmm...... It will be meaningful if i can buy the bread. So again i believe in the ask and you will be given spirit. I go to my officer and ask him for another $0.50. Hee... Did he give me?
He gave me a smile and 3 sec later..........
He dig out a $0.50 for me.
Good Good Good!I can have a bread. I do charity without me paying.At that moment i really feel happy that i ask and it is given to me.
Look at the panda face. All sad sad one.
100% of the donation will go to help them. (I feel that breadtalk is very good at their marketing skill. I like what they are doing. The mearketing team is very strong and clever.)
At the end i bought two bread. Becasue i really want to make a little contribution to the needy by my own money.Hee.... Another reason of buying 2 is becasue one for mama another for sister. I dun take chocolate so dun buy one more for myself .....
*Enocourage you to make a little contribution to help. I know in between there will be conrruption. But i still think we must give because we can afford and they really need help.*

The outcome is OUT after waiting for a month ++.
I t was a close door.
Of course i was sad, yet a relief because the ans was out.
In this Waiting period it was never never easy for Yanyan.
My heart went weaker and weaker. But my TRUST in the Lord grow stronger and stronger.
I wish to announce to the whole world I got the job, yet there is fear if I got it.
The Lord knows me best. I apply with fear and trembling. A "NO" stops everything.
Now my feeling is really a mix feeling. I really can’t tell you in words how I feel.
What I can say is I still trust God that one door close another will be open for me.
I am still looking for a new job that I really hope to do. Now I only got 1.5days leave left need to use it wisely.
Currently my focus in Phillip, I want plan out an excellent team bond event for my beloved colleagues. Deep in my heart I hope to set a standard for this event. Yet I face challenges with it. A lot of requests, yet the budget are limited. Have a team but not much support. My heart is all out for it. People may think I am a fool, why so many silly idea on this “simple” event. No one knows my heart bit. I believe it will be a success and fun time of bonding if someone will make the effort to plan. I really hope to bring the team closer and have fun. If really one day I leave Phillip, this is the BEST memories I want to give them. I really love them deep in my heart. I can’t contribute much in work performance to help them in work process. I always made careless make to let them spot. Sad hor. My strength is create joy and create noise among them. Hee… I like to entertain them or better words were I used them to entertain myself.
Folk please pray for me that i can book a K box VIP room @ $400. I want to hold a singing competition and those who dun like to sing at least can play pool. I need the pool table. I know I can’t please everyone but I want to try and ask the manger. Hee... I can imagine if I tell the budget to the manger he will drop his jaw. Hee.. But who know my God can soften the manger heart and my sincere “begging” will let the manger knock his head. Never try never know.
